We are really looking forward to gathering together again for this year’s Trinity Fitness Trainer Conference at Glen Eyrie.

One of the things we love most about this conference each year is the opportunity to bring our Facility Directors together in one place. There is something powerful about stepping away from the day-to-day, sharing vision, learning from one another, and being encouraged by what God is doing across our chapters. These moments together help strengthen unity, stir fresh ideas, and remind us that we are part of something bigger than our local gym.

As you plan your stay, we would love to have as many Facility Directors as possible lodging on-site at the Glen — even if some of your trainers choose to stay off-site. Being together in the evenings creates space for deeper conversations, encouragement, prayer, and connection that we simply can’t schedule into sessions.

To help make this possible, HQ is covering one of your hotel nights. That brings the cost down from $380 to $190 for your stay. Our hope is that each chapter board will prioritize covering this one-night expense so their Facility Director can be fully present for the conference experience.
