Train To Be Functionally Fit For A Lifetime.

Train Sustainably Towards Longevity.

Functional Fitness Training

We focus on training our Warriors in the

6 Foundational Movement Patterns:

Squat ~ Bend ~ Lunge ~ Push ~ Pull ~ Core/Carry

We also focus on two primary types of training:

Strength & Skill

Resistance Training

We define resistance training as tough, unsustainable contractions. In our strength & skill focus, we isolate a movement to focus on building motor control, muscle endurance, and strength.

Battles

Mixed-Modal Aerobic Training

Each battle we program has a variety of physical challenges combining three primary modalities: cyclical, weightlifting, and gymnastics. The goal for our warriors in every battle is to learn to make all contractions as aerobic and sustainable as possible.

Warriors

Those who work out at Trinity Fitness are called “warriors” because of a man named Gideon in the Bible. Before facing battle Gideon, frozen in fear, was in hiding. At that moment, God encouraged Gideon by calling him a “mighty warrior.” As we pronounce this title over all of our people, we believe we are calling them to be the mighty warriors that God sees them as, even when they don’t yet see it or believe it about themselves.

Battles

At Trinity Fitness, our workouts are called “Battles” because sometimes life can feel like a battle. We want you to be successful through all your life’s battles, and we believe they are best fought in community and with Christ at the center.

Progressing

Movement Patterns

All of our Strength & Skill and Battles are programmed around the SIX primary movement patterns: Squat, Bend, Lunge, Push, Pull, Core/ Carry. Our trainers are equipped to help you progress in all of the foundational movement patterns in a way that is healthy, sustainable, and fun for you!

Targeting Sustainable Training

Our Battles are designed with specific training intentions to help our warriors learn to train sustainably towards longevity. We have four specific training intentions we use in our battle programming.

Progressing Training Goals

We recognize the importance of laying foundations in our training goals and advancing them as our warriors bodies adapt.

We design our battles with scale up and scale down options to ensure that every warrior gets a tailored battle for their fitness level.
