Thank you for your desire and interest to serve Christ through Trinity Fitness. Below are a few videos detailing the first steps to starting your own chapter.
Trinity Fitness Structure
Trinity Fitness Ministries, Inc. is a registered 501(c)3 non profit organization with the IRS. In addition, Trinity Fitness holds a Group Affiliation status. This video further explains the structure.
Anthony’s role as Development Specialist is to assist new Facility Directors in the set up and launching of Trinity Fitness gyms as well as to equip, empower and encourage existing Trinity Fitness Chapters so they are operating with excellence in every area.
Finding Seed Money
With the start of every business, be it for profit or not for profit, start up capital is essential. The Trinity Fitness not for profit model gives Kingdom minded givers opportunity to sow Kingdom seeds into new Trinity Fitness start ups to see the vision fulfilled: Healthy People Inside and Out in Every Community Across America.
Not only is a board of directors required by the IRS as a 501(c)3 not for profit, but each Trinity Fitness Chapter will only be as strong as its leadership team. Having a like minded, Christ centered board provides the teamwork necessary to run a successful ministry.
Identifying and Recruiting Trainers
One of our core values is teamwork. Every Trinity Fitness Trainer is an extension of the Facility Director which is an extension of the ministry. The key to effective ministry is choosing the right leaders to join the team.
We are blessed and thankful for our partnership with XTraining Equipment who provides us with great quality equipment at affordable prices for our new start ups. XTraining is a company that understands our vision and can help us scale up to meet that vision.
