September: Creatures from the Squat Lagoon
Join us for a squat challenge in the month of September! We will squat everyday increasing our reps as we go. This challenge can be as easy or as hard as you want to make it.
The Creatures from the Squat Lagoon Challenge is one that any fitness level can participate in! Feel free to invite friends to jump in with you.
There are 2 ways to participate:
1. Air Squat the minimum number of squats each day.
(We start day 1 @20 squats and work up to 140.)
2. Challenge yourself to double the squats or weight your squats with a kettlebell.
***You can keep accumulate squats all day and enter your count at the end of the day.
** You can only go back 48 hours to add your squats!
