Before Trinity Fitness, I didn’t really know how to work out. I would go with friends to the gym and follow them, but they didn’t really know what they were doing either. I also wouldn’t go to the gym very long because I didn’t have the self-discipline or encouragement to push myself.
Trinity Fitness helped increase my strength by pushing me to do one more rep, or increase weight for the workout, all while maintaining proper form, so I wouldn’t get injured. I also had a period of time at work when I felt I was working hard all the time but wasn’t accomplishing anything. Trinity Fitness gave me that sense of accomplishment every time I went because I left knowing I completed a challenging battle, and feel mentally and physically renewed about it.
Now I feel healthier and less stressed. I bring coworkers with me to the gym, and we bond over working out together. Physically I’ve had to buy smaller pants because my waist size went down, but larger shirts, because I’ve built upper body muscle.
